Acceptance and eligibility

Kegel Lock is developed and operated by Kegel Lock (“we,” “us,” or “our”). You may use the app only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. The app is not intended for children under the age at which they can consent to data processing in their country.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some features of Kegel Lock may require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we do not receive or store your full payment card information.

• Payment: your Apple ID is charged when you confirm a purchase.
• Renewal: unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription renews automatically. Apple may charge your account within 24 hours before renewal.
• Managing or cancelling: you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials: if a trial is offered, any unused part ends when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Restoring purchases: choose Restore Purchases from the subscription or paywall screen to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.
• Refunds: Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases. Refund requests must be made through Apple.

Displayed prices, subscription periods, and any trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase and may vary by App Store region.

Using Kegel Lock

Kegel Lock provides a self-directed training and focus experience. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

Some features depend on iOS permissions, device settings, and services supplied by Apple or third parties. You are responsible for selecting the apps and settings you choose to use. Kegel Lock includes user-controlled options, including Emergency Unlock, and does not guarantee that every app, website, or device behavior can always be restricted.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services and ownership

Kegel Lock uses Apple’s App Store for purchases and may use Superwall for paywall and subscription-related functionality. Their services are governed by their respective terms and policies. Your use of Kegel Lock is also subject to Apple’s applicable media services terms.

Kegel Lock and its content, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Availability, liability, and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kegel Lock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the app, our services, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published at kegellock.com/terms/. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
