How do I restore a purchase?
Open the subscription or paywall screen in Kegel Lock and choose Restore Purchases. Apple will verify any eligible purchases linked to your Apple ID.
Why is a feature locked?
Some actions are temporarily limited by a cooldown or a selected lock setting. Check the time shown in the app, then try again when it reaches zero.
My progress looks different after reinstalling.
Some app data is stored locally on your device. Removing the app can remove locally stored settings and progress unless a feature explicitly tells you otherwise.
Who handles payment information?
Kegel Lock does not ask for your card details. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Paywall and subscription functionality also uses Superwall; see our Privacy Policy for details.
